Calgary Farm Food Tour – March 3rd 2023
For local Dietitians, Chefs and Food Experts
One-day tour on Friday, March 3rd from 8am – 5pm is designed for Dietitians and Food Experts to dig deeper into agriculture, ask questions and meet other food experts. Costs for the bus, meals and tour stops are complimentary.
We will tour a vertical farm for produce, a dairy farm and enjoy a beautiful meal with ingredients from a local greenhouse and farm! On this tour you’ll be able to ask growers and farmers about grains, pulses, eggs, caring for animals and understanding new trends in vertical farming and sustainability!
