Servings: 38 servings
Ingredients#
- 1 cup quartered cherries
- 1 jalapeno, chopped
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 5 tsp milk
Instructions#
Roasted cherries:#
- In a baking dish, stir together cherries, jalapeno, lime juice, honey and vinegar.
- Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes or until cherries are soft. Remove from oven and let fully cool.
Whipped cream cheese:#
- In a bowl, whip cream cheese. Slowly add milk and continue to mix until cream cheese is light and fluffy.
- Spread cream cheese evenly on the bottom of a serving dish. Place in fridge until ready to serve.
Dip:#
- Pour cooled cherry mixture over whipped cream cheese. Serve with your favourite crackers.
