Ingredients

quartered cherries
1
jalapeno,
chopped

Tbsp
lime juice

Tbsp
honey

Tbsp
balsamic vinegar

cream cheese

Instructions
Roasted cherries:
In a baking dish, stir together cherries, jalapeno, lime juice, honey and vinegar.
Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes or until cherries are soft. Remove from oven and let fully cool.
Whipped cream cheese:
In a bowl, whip cream cheese. Slowly add milk and continue to mix until cream cheese is light and fluffy.
Spread cream cheese evenly on the bottom of a serving dish. Place in fridge until ready to serve.
Dip:
Pour cooled cherry mixture over whipped cream cheese. Serve with your favourite crackers.
