Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 3/4 cup hot sauce
- 2 pkgs (each 8 oz) brick-style Canadian cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Canadian Cheddar cheese, divided
- A mix of sliced fresh vegetables (such as celery, carrots, bell peppers) and/or corn chips, for dipping
Instructions
- In large skillet set over medium heat, stir together chicken and hot sauce. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through.
- Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until blended and warm. Stir in half the Cheddar. Transfer to slow cooker. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with vegetables and/or chips.
