Speaker: Dr Kim Ominski, Professor and Associate Head at the University of Manitoba.
Dr. Ominski has established a research program aimed at improving the productivity and sustainability of beef cattle production in Western Canada. This work includes identification of greenhouse gas mitigation strategies conducted in collaboration with multidisciplinary team of researchers from across Canada. This presentation was given at the at the Food and Nutrition Forum 2019 as part of the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in Toronto.
