Ingredients

rolled oats

(6 oz/170g) cans tuna,
drained
1/2
cup
fresh coriander,
chopped
1/2
medium onion,
thinly sliced
1
green chili,
minced
1/4
tsp
salt

black pepper

large egg

Instructions
In a food processor, blend oats and set aside.
In a medium bowl, throughly combine tuna, oats, coriander, onions, green chilies, salt, black pepper and egg.
Using an ice cream scoop divide the mixture into 6-8 portions on a plate. Flatten down with your hands to make a patty.
In a large skillet heat canola oil over medium heat. Place patties in skillet and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
