sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil,

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, zucchini, oats, ricotta, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, basil, fennel, oregano, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper; mix until well-combined.
Shape into 22-26 meatballs and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
