Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Spray two 9 x 5-inch (2 L) loaf pan with cooking spray and dust with flour.
In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, all-spice, nutmeg and cinnamon.
In another bowl, beat together sugar, canola oil, pumpkin, eggs and walnut pieces. Add flour mixture and beat until well combined. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake for about 1 hour in preheated oven.Yield: 2 loaves
