Ingredients

Greek yogurt without sugar
1
egg

oat flour
1/2
Tbsp
baking powder
1/4
tsp
salt
To decorate

beaten egg for glazing

bagel seasoning or seeds

Instructions
In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the egg until incorporated. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until thouroughly combine.
Knead dough until homogeneous and manageable.
Divide dough into 6 portions. Roll each portion into a rope using your hands and pinch ends together to form a bagel.
Place on a greased or parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Brush with egg and sprinkle with bagel seasoning or seeds.
Bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve your bagels with your favourite filling.
Notes
Use different seeds such as sesame seeds, poppy seeds or oat flakes.
For a neutral version do not spoloverees seasoning or seeds.
Fill with light cream cheese, fresh fruit or smoked salmon, ham, etc.
