washed, stemmed, pitted and cut in half

Instructions
If using a dehydrator:
Place skin side down on dehydrator trays.
Follow your dehydrators suggested temperature and time.
If using an oven:
Preheat your oven to its lowest temperature setting (usually between 170°F and 200°F).
Place skin side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place in oven for 6-10 hours until dry.
