Instructions
In a large bowl, combine black beans, corn, jalapeño peppers and cilantro.
In small bowl, whisk together canola oil, lime juice, cumin, salt, pepper and garlic; pour over bean mixture, tossing to coat.
Fold in tomatoes just before serving.
