These Pork & Barley Meatballs are easy to make and delicious to eat! They can easily be incorporated into any dish.
Pork & Barley Meatballs
- Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine ground pork, barley, Parmesan cheese, egg, mustard, onion powder, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well with your hands. Form mixture into 1-inch (2.5 cm) meatballs and place in prepared baking dish.
- Bake for about 35 – 40 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with your favourite sauce. Yield: 16 meatballs
