4. Grilled Eggs in Sweet Peppers

Brightly coloured sweet peppers become edible bowls (with lids!) that hold a cheesy herbed egg mixture as it cooks over the heat of a barbecue. Serve with a side salad for a deliciously simple lunch or supper.

5. Campfire Coffee Rub

This rub works great with thick, tender and juicy steak cuts from the top sirloin, rib or strip loin.  The resulting sweet, savoury and charred flavours bring out the best in your beef and work beautifully with bold red wines and dark craft beers like black lagers, porters and stouts – a perfect pairing to summer evenings at home with family and friends.

6. Barbeque a Whole Turkey

Use your barbeque to prepare roast turkey that’s moist, tender, delicious and nutritious. Cooking a turkey using the rotisserie in your barbeque is easy and results in a delicious meal.
