Speaker: Dr. June Matthews, PhD, RD, PHEc, Associate Professor in Food and Nutrition Sciences at Brescia College.

Dr. Matthews shares her education strategies to teach university students about agriculture, about its complexity as well as the wide ranging contributions to help preserve wildlife habitats, mitigate global warming & sustain rural communities while providing abundant, safe, high quality foods. This presentation was part of the Royal Agriculture Winter Fair, Food & Nutrition Form on November 6, 2019.
