Doug Cook is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 23 years of experience. His practice is a mix of clinical nutrition, writing for consumers, patients and health professionals, program development and private practice. He is often consulted by media and is co-author of several books. Doug currently works at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, where he developed an appreciation for the role that food and nutrition have on brain health and mental well-being.
